Designated Copyright Contact

Contact TODO: VibeRank has not yet published final designated agent details in this repository. Before relying on this policy as final legal copy, replace this placeholder with the official copyright agent name, email address, mailing address, and any approved notice portal.

Counter-Notices

If your content was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, a counter-notice should include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice or that person's agent.

Repeat Infringer Policy

VibeRank may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights or repeatedly submit infringing content. Enforcement may consider valid notices, counter-notices, repeat behavior, and other relevant context.

Removal and Restoration Process

After receiving a complete notice, VibeRank may remove or disable access to the material, notify the affected user when appropriate, and process any eligible counter-notice. Content may be restored when legally appropriate or when the dispute is resolved.

Good-Faith Statements

Copyright notices and counter-notices should be accurate, complete, and submitted in good faith. Misrepresentations may create liability under applicable law.
